Purchase Department


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.     Generate Purchase orders in Oracle and inhouse built software’s.

2.     Create price comparison sheet.

3.     Coordination with store department for GRN follow ups and other issues related to purchases and documentation.

4.     Following up on payments with the Accounts department.

5.     Handling all kinds of documentation regarding the purchases.

6.     Responsible for payment handling and payment receiving of vendors.

7. Reconcile customer material billing.

8. Maintain daily inventory reconciliations.

9. Reconcile invoice to purchase order, GRN’s price variances.

10. Complete hoc reporting and data entry as needed.

 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Education:                 BBA / MBA Supply Chain

Experience:              1 to 2 Years

Management / Interpersonal Skills:

  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to think analytically, apply sound judgment, and solve problems.
