Qualification: Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field

Experience: 06 - 08 years of relevant experience 

Job Description:
• Collaborate with the upper management team to set quality benchmarks.
• Use of world class manufacturing tools in factory.
• Improve system process and improve the site KPIs.
• Implementing 5S controls, executing Quality Circles and Kaizen Bursts.
• Measure performance and identify any areas of weakness, recommending and implementing improvements.
• Implementation of best practice Lean vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance.
• Analyze data & utilize the data to identify the improvement opportunities.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems.
