Role Description:
- Plan the field visits at day start with coordination of immediate supervisor on daily basis.
- Call the customers and confirm the time of visit.
- Visit customers at their premises against the registered complaint.
- Listen to the customer’s complaint in detail with patience, inspect the mattress thoroughly along with the furniture in use.
- Evaluate the customer's mattress for the validity of the complaint
- Note down the observations on the Complaint inspection form.
- Guide customer for further course of action in accordance with predefined customer services policy.
- In case of no problem found, guide the customer about the right / proper use of the mattress.
Qualification:
- Graduation
Relevant Experience:
- 1 - 2 year relevant experience
